Cheesemaking by hand takes time -- almost all day, in fact. Our cheesemakers start first thing in the morning, and depending on when you arrive, you'll see a different part of the process. |

Hours of Operation
The Factory is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., as well as some Saturdays. We make cheese most Mondays through Thursdays, but please call ahead to be sure if you are making a special trip to see cheese being made.
Directions
Healdville is a tiny rural community of a few dozen people, on a paved town highway two miles from Route 103, northwest of Ludlow. The factory is easily accessible.
